END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT: AUSTRALIAN TYPE FOUNDRY

Each font purchased from Australian Type Foundry (ATF) is licensed for use on 5 personal computers within the purchasing organisation. The end user agrees to receive purchased product from ATF via email transmission unless otherwise specified on the ATF website. The end user agrees NOT to use fonts purchased from ATF for any purpose, commercial, public, personal or otherwise, which constitues an illegal act or an incitement to racial, sexual or gender vilification or any other discriminatory or illegal purposes. The end user agrees not to copy, transmit, reproduce, or imitate any product purchased from ATF for any user outside the purchasing organisation or for any public or commercial purpose, unless permission in writing is obtained from ATF. The end user agrees not to modify the digital construction or coding of fonts purchased from ATF. Copyright and intellectual property remain the sole property of ATF after purchase. By purchasing from ATF you agree to these terms and conditions.

ATF warrants to you that the software will perform satisfactorily for the ninety (90) day period following your receipt of the software. This warranty does not apply to font software converted into other formats. To make a warranty claim, you must return the software to the location where you obtained it along with a copy of your sales receipt within such ninety (90) day period. If the software does not perform satisfactorily, ATF reserves the right to exercise either the replacement of the software or the refund of the license fee you paid for the software.

ATF and its suppliers do not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain by using the software.

END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT: HAMBURGERFONTS (Neutraliser and Baksheesh families)

1. By downloading and/or using this software you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set herein. If you do not agree with the following terms and conditions you must return the software to Stuart Brown.

2. Usage of this software is limited to one printer and five workstations (based in a single location) per license purchased. If you wish to use the software on more than five workstations etc, a multi-user discount license is available from www.atf.com.au

3. You may copy the software, but only for backup purposes. All copies must remain in your possession and shall comply to the same terms and conditions as the original.

4. You may not modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from the software. You may not lease, loan, resell, redistribute or network the software without the written consent of Stuart Brown.

5. In no event will Stuart Brown be liable for any damages, including loss of data, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software supplied herein.

6. You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and subject to civil and criminal penalties.

MULTI-USER LICENCES

Australian Type Foundry [ATF] offers flexible licensing that allows you to choose the type of license that best fits your needs. The Initial License for each ATF font or font package package allows you to use the fonts on 5 computers (CPUs) and/or 1 output device at one physical location. Thereafter, you can choose to increase the number of CPUs per the following:

All information we receive from customers and users, in particular email addresses, will remain under the sole control of ATF and will not be revealed, released or traded to any third party or any other customer. Email addresses will be used for the sole purpose of marketing to those individuals future information about ATF (and not from any other company or organisation) such as news or new font releases. ATF is spam-sensitive: we will send you marketing information ONLY when we have something genuine to say, such as a new font release. We understand the irritation that spam can cause, and take the view that since you visited our site then you are likely to be someone who is interested in our product, and therefore will not object to occasionally receiving information about our products.
