Typography for McDonalds.
McDonalds Australia, via their agency DDB Sydney, asked us to help out with some typography on their “How Very UnMcDonalds” campaign. The campaign helps to raise awareness of McDonalds’ Create Your Taste innovation, in which customers can design their own burgers. Our role was to modify Cindy Kinash’s distinctive True North family of fonts (under permission from Cindy) to suit the particular needs of the campaign and the media in which it appears. From online to highway billboards, the fonts give a unique flavour to the visuals across a range of platforms.
