DESCRIPTION
Over a total of 15 hours, this course concentrates on hand-made lettering from an anatomical perspective, teaching fundamental principles of letterform construction in a creative lettering context. You will be introduced to the world of creative handlettering, undertaking exercises examining lettering principles such as ligatures, flourishes, alternative shapes, proportions, and fitting words and phrases together. In the process, you will create your own unique, personal piece of handlettering.
